What?
Exercising can reduce the chance of breast cancer development!
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting women, characterized by the uncontrolled growth of tumor cells in the breast. But why does it happen? While the exact cause remains unknown, it is believed to be influenced by genetic, hormonal, and environmental factors.
A Shocking Reality is 1 in 8 women is at risk of developing breast cancer. Women over 40 or those who have undergone menopause are particularly vulnerable. One of the major physical factors linked to breast cancer is being overweight. Excess fat leads to higher estrogen levels, which can stimulate tumor growth. Additionally, obesity triggers long-term inflammation, increasing the likelihood of cancer development.
